Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of mobile games published by Tapidoka (the "Apps"). By downloading or using the Apps you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. The Apple Media Services Terms or Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
2. Virtual items
The Apps may offer virtual coins, gems or other items, earned in play or bought with real money. Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed, not sold, to you. Purchases are final except where the law or the store's refund policy requires otherwise.
3. Ads
The Apps show third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the Apps, or interfere with their operation.
5. Intellectual property
The Apps and all their content, including art, music, code and trademarks, are owned by Tapidoka or its licensors.
6. Disclaimer
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any App or feature at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapidoka is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Apps. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
